Solar Energy Systems for Housing Development Projects
Rooftop solar PV, storage and net metering for housing and new development projects. Sakarya, Ankara, İzmir and regional surveys.
When a solar energy system in housing and new development projects is planned together with the building permit and occupancy permit processes, both the energy cost and the sales/value argument become stronger. Rooftop solar PV, common-area carports and, if needed, a heat pump can be sized under the same EPC umbrella.
Depending on the project type, on-grid, hybrid (with storage) or site-scale net-metered generation is preferred. Structural suitability, orientation and shading analysis are carried out at an early stage; EDAŞ and local authority permits are managed in later stages.
In high-demand regions such as Sakarya, Ankara, İzmir, Antalya, Konya and Kocaeli, we offer local surveys for residential and estate projects with occupancy permits. The radiation data on our province-based service area pages forms the basis of the preliminary feasibility; the final capacity is clarified with a site survey.
In the occupancy permit process, thinking about solar PV together with the architectural and electrical design, instead of adding it afterwards, reduces installation cost and roof revisions. Ready-made packages provide reference configurations; a custom quote is prepared for estates/mass housing.
On the financing side, green loans, leasing and suitable grant programs (depending on project type) can reduce the upfront burden. With a free site survey, we prepare a roadmap that fits your occupancy permit schedule.
